The elders of the Sunnyside Road church of Christ are proud to announce the beginning of a new ministry. Beginning in January of 2005 Sunnyside will become a satellite school of the Sunset International Bible Institute. The goal of this new ministry is two-fold; first, to provide in-depth Bible studies for the edification of the church, and second, to train men who want to become preachers. The name of this new ministry will be the Illinois School of Biblical Studies. Administrators are Greg Swango and Jason Wilder. Classes will be held at the church building on Sunnyside Road. At this time classes are going to be offered on Tuesday nights. If the need arises this will be expanded to Thursdays and Saturdays. It is our prayer that this work will bring honor and glory to God while enriching the lives of the brethren who use it. May our brotherhood be served and souls saved by the training of men to preach the gospel. |
